Deploying the Socio-Economic Development Cooperation Agreement between Ho Chi Minh City and Nghe An Province in the period of 2019-2025, the conference aims to  provide investment Privileges and Opportunities in Nghe An Province - A new Manufacturing Hub in North Central of Vietnam, mechanisms of investment incentives, available industrial zones, success story predecessor.  Also, participants can raise concern and issue to local governor to get immediate responses.
